    My second time here. The first time I came to the spa at this beautiful resort. The dinner at Sol Bar was high class. The server and the sommelier were both very knowledgeable and took their time explaining all our wine and dinner options. We ate in the patio outside and when it got a little chilly they turned on the heat lamps and also brought us blankets to put on our lap. At the end of dinner we needed an Uber to get back to our hotel down the street but the closest one was over an hour away. The server then offered their hotel car to take us to our hotel. Talk about going above and beyond! I definitely recommend this restaurant and the spa and can’t wait to stay at this wonderful resort.

    What an amazing meal!

    My friend and I stayed at a hotel nearby and came here for a truly decadent brunch. So many of the menu items looked amazing we had a hard time deciding. When we mentioned this to our server he said we could get a half order of the lemon ricotta pancakes so we did plus the crab/avocado and the chorizo empanada. All dishes were fantastic although the first two were incomparable. The coffee press was also top of the line.

    We then sat on the property to digest on a beautiful day. I wouldn’t change a thing about the experience and would happily return.

    Sol bar, where do I even begin? First things first, it’s very deserving of its Michelin star! Compared to other places, it’s not stuffy or uptight, it’s a pretty relaxed and casual setting. Price point is fairly reasonable and not over the top expensive!

    Overall, we had two great meals at Solbar and we have every intention of coming back for either dinner or breakfast along with another stay at this beautiful resort! If I could, I would totally have my future wedding at solage just so I can eat sol bar food for my wedding . If you haven’t tried Solbar yet, it’s a must try next time you come to Calistoga! – Read Full Review

    If you are looking for a great meal in a romantic setting look no further. Blue crab over fresh avocados over a modern Bakery English muffin should be on some kind of list of foods you should try before you die. Coffee was perfect and the house made donut holes were to fabulous.Non rushed atmosphere with friendly staff makes this a great place to plan your day.

    Sol Bar at the Solage Hotel is fantastic. It’s well-deserving of the Michelin star it has earned several years in a row.

    The setting in idylic Calistoga/Napa helps and the great service added to the atmosphere. This was less a meal than it was an experience. One of those times in life when you realize what makes life so much fun.
